A Quality Move: Introducing Nathan Lynch

When we think about quality at ARMATURE, we always consider how we can deliver the best end-to-end service we possibly can to our accreditation and manufacturing customers. Exceptional service, in our view, is grounded in listening and humility. We take the time to get to know our customers and truly understand their pain points and processes, and then we work closely with them to make our eQMS software flex to fit their needs. We value integrity above all else, and we work hard to make sure that every interaction our customers have with us is positive, respectful, and progressive.

This philosophy is an integral part of our hiring process, and it’s why we’re excited about the addition of our latest team member, Nathan Lynch. Throughout his 18 year career, Nathan has been instrumental in building outstanding business development teams focused on delivering real results to customers. He approaches his role in a consultative manner, always seeking ways to understand and solve the true needs and challenges his customers face. If an opportunity to solve a real problem presents itself, he takes care in presenting thoughtful solutions that address those needs and deliver real value. It is these qualities that make Nathan a great fit for the ARMATURE culture, and we’re delighted that he has joined us on our journey to create environments that drive quality, efficiency, and safety, and enable our customers to thrive.
